5. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition with tags attached, and include original packaging and proof of purchase.

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For health/safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Jewelry (all categories)
• Hair accessories removed from packaging
• Opened bath products
• Items marked “final sale”
