- Free Shipping – via EMS for orders over $50
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy
- Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Original packaging and proof of purchase required
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless item is faulty
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Jewelry (all categories due to hygiene reasons)
- Hair accessories that have been removed from original packaging
- Bath products that have been opened or used
- Items marked as “final sale”

Refund Process
