Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition with tags attached. Please note:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Jewelry (for hygiene reasons)
  • Hair accessories that have been removed from original packaging
  • Bath products that have been opened or used
  • Items marked as “final sale”

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Submit a Return Request using our form below or email [email protected] within 15 days of delivery
  2. Wait for Approval – Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days
  3. Package Your Item – Include the original packing slip and ensure items are in original condition
  4. Ship Your Return – Send to our Washington address using a trackable method (return shipping not covered by Outfitly Style)

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after receipt
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Timing: Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color (subject to availability). Follow the same return process and indicate “Exchange” in your request, specifying your preferred replacement item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a free return and expedite your replacement or refund.
