Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition with tags attached. Please note:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Jewelry (for hygiene reasons)
- Hair accessories that have been removed from original packaging
- Bath products that have been opened or used
- Items marked as “final sale”
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Submit a Return Request using our form below or email [email protected] within 15 days of delivery
- Wait for Approval – Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days
- Package Your Item – Include the original packing slip and ensure items are in original condition
- Ship Your Return – Send to our Washington address using a trackable method (return shipping not covered by Outfitly Style)

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after receipt
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- Timing: Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color (subject to availability). Follow the same return process and indicate “Exchange” in your request, specifying your preferred replacement item.
